You could e-mail the PCAQ for a copy, although if you need it for a competition, perhaps the organisers will send you a copy with the draw.

I have a copy of a Pony Club Walk -Trot Test A that I could send you but it wold be wise to check if it's the current one and that it is the one being used by the organisers.

I sent an email to the address mentioned in this discussion and they sent me a copy of the A, B and C test within 24 hours! I was very impressed with their level of service.!!

Word of caution....

Yesterday I rode my Pony Club Walt/trot test and learned that Ponyclub has NEW TESTS!!!

So please check with the organising committee which version they're using:
1997 or 2004
